Meet the people behind the company.

Where it all began

Chalet Kitchen was started by Raphael Cabuis, a native of Les Gets. Our first deliveries started in 2012 around Les Gets and Morzine with Raph doing all the cooking and delivering. We have since spread to over 27 resorts and now employ many full time and seasonal staff in roles from chefs and drivers to admin. Our fleet of delivery vehicles are now a common sight around the resorts. If you happen to be up bright and early and see one of our drivers be sure to give them a wave!

Our Kitchens

Chalet Kitchen operates on a franchisee basis. Our head office is located in Les Gets in the Portes Du Soleil. Our Three Valleys operation is a separate franchise company.

Portes Du Soleil and Chamonix

Our kitchen for the Portes du Soleil and Chamonix areas is in Les Gets and is run by Raphael & Jana. Raph is the head chef of Chalet Kitchen and handles all the cooking. It is usually Jana who you are speaking with on the phone or chatting to on the emails as she handles all the bookings. We also have our head office in Les Gets in the centre of town close to the Church. Be sure to drop in if you are in the area and want to know more about us and who we are.

Three Valleys

Our kitchen in the Three Valleys is run by Clarinda & Matt. Together this amazing duo operate the 3 Valleys franchise of Chalet Kitchen which also includes parts of La Plagne. Any bookings made in the Three Valleys / La Plagne area are with Clarinda and Matt's company, they will be looking after you.
