Who are Chalet Kitchen

Meet the people behind the company.

Where it all began

Chalet Kitchen was started by Raphael Cabuis, a native of Les Gets. Our first deliveries started in 2012 around Les Gets and Morzine with Raph doing all the cooking and delivering. We have since expanded our products and menus and now employ many full time and seasonal staff in roles from chefs and drivers to admin. Our fleet of delivery vehicles are now a common sight around the resorts. If you happen to be up bright and early and see one of our drivers be sure to give them a wave!

Our kitchen in Les Gets and is run by Raphael. Raph is the head chef of Chalet Kitchen and handles all the cooking. has worked in some of Europe's finest kitchens, including the three gourmet restaurants of the Grand Hotel Kempinski (Geneva) and the double-Michelin Starred Patrick Guilbaud (Dublin). His menus celebrate the best of seasonal and regional produce.

Ashleigh is originally from Western Australia where she first trained as a chef and learnt the importance of working with fresh local produce. Since then she has stepped out of the kitchen and found her real passion in hospitality sales and customer service. Moving to the French Alps in 2017, she feels more at home in the mountains than ever before. When she's not out on the mountain exploring, she's in our head office in Les Gets taking care of all the customer and business relations.

Our head office and main kitchen are located in Les Gets in the Portes Du Soleil.

It is usually Ashleigh who you are speaking with on the phone or chatting to on the emails as she handles the bookings year round. We also have our head office in Les Gets in the centre of town close to the Church. Be sure to drop in if you are in the area and want to know more about us and who we are.
