Saturday

Meat Option:
Traditional Burgundy beef simmered for 6 hours in a rich red wine sauce with glazed carrots, mushrooms and red onions - Baked macaroni pasta with cheese and spinach.
Vegetarian Option:
Baked Macaroni Pasta in a creamy Comté cheese sauce with fresh spinach, pine nuts and sun-dry tomatoes - Served with a healthy salad, crunchy vegetables and cashew nuts.
Dessert:
Chalet Kitchen lemon tart - Revisited with lemon custard, lemon sponge with a lime & white chocolate mousse on top.

Sunday

Meat Option:
Tartiflette with real Savoyard Reblochon cheese and smoked bacon - Healthy Winter salad, crunchy vegetables, dry cured meats and nuts.
Vegetarian Option:
Tartiflette with Savoyard Reblochon cheese - Healthy Winter salad, crunchy vegetables and nuts, confite artichoke and tomatoes.
Dessert:
Grapefruit and coconut in a glass - grapefruit and orange marmalade, coconut sponge, crunchy bits, coconut mousse.

Monday

Meat Option:
Chalet Kitchen roast - Roasted chicken supreme, roast potatoes and our famous chicken gravy (entirely home made with no granules) - Braised green savoy cabbage, roast pumpkin & parsnip and simmered chestnuts.
Vegetarian Option:
Jerusalem artichoke and chestnut casserole with sun-dried tomatoes and black olives - Braised green savoy cabbage, roast pumpkin & parsnip and simmered chestnuts.
Dessert:
All chocolate cake - Chocolate crunchy base, dark chocolate custard, rich chocolate sponge and a milk chocolate mousse.

Tuesday

Meat Option:
Roasted confit duck on a red wine, green lentils and smoked bacon casserole - Swede, sweet potato and a celeriac purée.
Vegetarian Option:
Lentils and red wine casserole under a golden puff pastry crust - Swede, sweet potato and a celeriac purée.
Dessert:
Raphael’s grandmothers vanilla rice pudding - topped with mango and caramel sauce, diced fresh pineapple.

Wednesday

Meat Option:
Local Raclette Cheese & Raclette machine(s), Potatoes to boil, Selection of Local Cured Meats & Gherkins.
Vegetarian Option:
Local Raclette Cheese & Raclette machine(s), Potatoes to boil, Selection of Anti-Pasti
Dessert:
No dessert tonight. Please note Wednesday's meal is delivered on the Tuesday.

Wednesday

Optional Extra:
Wednesday is the staff day off so there is no delivery today. If you would like us to provide a raclette night for you and your group, just let us know.

Thursday

Meat Option:
Pulled pork pies Shoulder of pork braised for 8 hours in a sour marinade under a mashed potato crust - Garden peas, broccoli & carrots casserole.
Vegetarian Option:
Chick pea, lemon and fennel pie - Garden peas, broccoli & carrots casserole.
Dessert:
Ginger bread, caramel and passion fruit mousse cake - Crunchy caramel base, caramel custard, sponge, passion fruit mousse with a passion fruit glaze.

Friday

Meat Option:
Shoulder of Lamb gently cook in our mild curry paste, sweetened with mangos and almond - Diced winter vegetables caramelised in honey with basmati rice.
Vegetarian Option:
Casserole of winter vegetables cooked in our mild curry paste, sweetened with mangos and almond with basmati rice
Dessert:
70% dark chocolate custard with diced brownie and hazelnut mousse. Served in individual pudding pots.

1. Sit back and relax. Ordering our delicious meals is effortless. All you have to do is choose which delicious meals and add-ons you would like to have delivered, and then place your order using our online booking system. Not sure what you fancy? Check out our menus and prices.

We'll prepare and deliver your meals

2. Each morning of your holiday, we will be up bright and early to prepare and deliver your meals. We'll be with you in plenty of time for breakfast. (On day one, we can deliver in the evening when you arrive.) All of our dishes are created from scratch in our kitchens, using only the best fresh ingredients. Head chef Raphael wouldn't have it any other way.

3. After breakfast, head out and enjoy the day's adventures on the slopes. No need to rush back from aprés ski – your delicious dinner is waiting in your fridge whenever you're ready to eat.

4. Whenever you're ready for dinner, just pop the main course in the oven, serve and enjoy! It really is that easy. Restaurant-quality food in the comfort of your own chalet. Total freedom, zero effort.

The next morning we'll take away the empties and deliver another culinary delight.

As well as our two-course evening meals, we deliver breakfast, afternoon cakes, packed lunch ingredients, plus wine, beer and soft drinks. See our menus and prices.

When should I order?

Before your Holiday: Ideal

We always recommend ordering as early as you can. We can book up for peak weeks a fair way in advance.

For quieter times of year then a week's notice is ideal if possible. Again though if you know before that then please do book earlier, we occasionally get fully booked even for low season weeks a good way ahead.

Of course do get in touch for last minute bookings, we'll always try to help. If you'd like to check our availability please never hesitate to get in touch.

In Resort Bookings: Normally Okay

We'll always try to help if you'd like to book once you've arrived in resort. Please note availability can be limited though.

We are not like a takeaway business - you cannot phone up and have meals delivered right away. All our meals are cooked to order and take many hours to prepare (for example our beef bourguignon is cooked for at least 6 hours!) Generally if you phone one day we can start delivering the following day.

As always though please do just ask no matter what you need. We'll always try our very best to help even with last minute requests.
