Find your Accommodation

Courchevel has a huge range of accommodation, much of it self-catered. The majority of chalets and apartments in resort are small, independent businesses. The team at Chalet Kitchen delivers to all self-catered properties in Courchevel 1300 (Courchevel) and the surrounding area.

Organise your Airport Transfers, Ski Extras & In-Resort Services

Book your Flights

The nearest and most convenient airport is Geneva, just over two hours from Courchevel resort. The main provider of budget flights from the UK is EasyJet, but British Airways also offer regular flights from London Heathrow, along with one or two others.

It is also possible to drive to Courchevel. The village is about 9 hours' drive from Calais and, if chosen carefully, the route will be all motorways until the final 30 minutes or so.

The final option is to travel by train. The best option is to get the Eurostar to Paris, then the TGV to Geneva (at lightning speed!). After a 15-minute train ride to the airport, you can take a transfer bus from Geneva Airport to Courchevel. See below for details of transfer companies.

In some cases, your chalet company might arrange this for you so you don't have to go and collect it (this service is usually free of charge, too).

Liftpass prices vary according to the time of the season, the age of the skier, the time-duration of the liftpass (in days), and the resorts included. Click to find out more about Courchevel 1300 (Courchevel) liftpass prices.

Plan your Time in Resort: Eating, Drinking, Relaxing & Family Time

There is so much to enjoy in Courchevel besides the skiing and snowboarding. Once you're in resort, you'll want to know where to eat lunch, where to go for a drink, and what to do as a group or family when you're not skiing.

Enjoy the Courchevel Skiing

Resort Information

Part of the famous Three Valleys Ski Area, Les Trois Vallées, Courchevel is not so much a ski resort as a network of ski resorts with varying altitudes. In the past the resorts have differentiated by taking names from their altitude: Courchevel 1850, Courchevel 1650, Courchevel 1300, Courchevel 1100 and so on. More recently, the locals have returned to the more traditional names which perhaps better represent the resorts themselves: Courchevel Village, Courchevel Le Praz, Saint Bon, Courchevel Moriond, and simply Courchevel.

Served by no less than 58 lifts, Courchevel offers visiting skiers and snowboarders of all abilities an impressive 150 kilometres of alpine ski runs. For beginners, 35 blue and 19 green runs will afford every opportunity to find your feet and have lots of fun skiing safely while still being able to explore. The more advanced and more experienced may head more directly for the 34 red and 8 black runs on offer.

This vast ski area is one of the largest in the world, famous for it's off piste, world-leading lift infrastructure and wide open ski slopes. It also includes the highest ski resort in Europe giving you excellent skiing all season long.

Skiing in Courchevel

Huge in scale, high altitude, massive off-piste possbilities, wide open slopes, world-leading lift infrastructure... the list of reason to put the Three Valleys at the top of the list of ski areas is pretty extensive.

For those keen to experience the famous off-piste of the Three Valleys then there's a range of excellent guiding companies available (again if you want any recommendations please just post up your questions on our facebook page and we'll be very happy to give you some suggestions).
